Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change. We will provide a detailed quote before beginning any work.

Payment Schedule

Typical payment structure: 50% deposit upon project initiation, 50% upon completion. Custom payment schedules may be arranged for larger projects.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momenza Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Momenza Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
